Do I need a Caturix account for the Caturix app?
Yes. The Caturix app is connected to the company account. Employees need an active user account to view and work with assignments, tasks and time entries.
Is the Caturix app included in the subscription?
Yes. The app is included for active Caturix users in the relevant subscription; no separate app subscription is required.
Which devices support the Caturix app?
The Caturix app is available for iPhone and iPad in the Apple App Store and for Android smartphones and tablets in the Google Play Store.
What can employees do in the Caturix app?
They can see scheduled assignments and project tasks, record working hours and access relevant project information. Depending on the workflow, they can also work with photos, checklists and reports.
Can I record working hours in the app without internet?
Yes. If the connection is interrupted, new time entries are stored temporarily and sent once the connection is available again. Other features may require an active connection.
What is the difference between the Caturix app and the Rapport App?
The Caturix app connects employees to the company’s Caturix account and cloud workflows. The standalone Rapport App needs no Caturix account and currently creates individual time-and-material reports only.
