Contacts for projects
You can now add both a main contact and other important contacts for your project.
The existing fields (first and last name, e-mail address and telephone and mobile phone number) will therefore be deactivated and deleted in a few weeks.
Your cooperation is required
Before we delete the fields, we will register the biller as the main contact.
However, we cannot guarantee that this is really the main contact. That is why we need your help:
- Add a main contact to your projects, or
- Make sure that the billers in the existing projects are correct and complete.
plea contact uswhen you need help. We will tell you which projects require action. This allows you to adjust them accordingly.
Billing overview
You can now find a daily billing overview in the settings under Subscription.
Minor features
- Customer is displayed in the task in the planning view.
- The two statuses “Delivery” and “Pickup” have been added
- You can search for the personnel office in the personnel list
- The personnel office is displayed in the personnel list
- Overdue tasks are listed in the tasks to be completed with a warning, even after expiration date
- Contracts can now be terminated via deployment planning
