Planning
- It is now possible to automatically approve the planning on a daily or weekly basis at a specific time. The configuration of approval can be found in the settings under Company.
- Employees are notified twice a day by email about any changes to their daily schedule.
- Groups can now be assigned directly to a task.
New navigation concept (sidebar)
The new navigation concept is being introduced step by step. With the new sidebar, the most important information is always displayed, meaning you don't have to change the context. We start with the employees:
- The linked user is displayed. If you don't have a user linked, you can link or create a new one.
- Information about the employee, such as name, address, e-mail and telephone number, is listed.
- All absences in the next three months are visible.
- The active contract is shown.
- The latest documents are listed.
We are looking forward to feedback on the new sidebar so that we can take this into account for the introduction of projects, offers, etc.
General adjustments
- The value added tax can now be defined individually for each document.
- The dialogs have been reworked and are now displayed centered.
- Various adjustments to the acceptance report
- The global search for contacts has been simplified
- Various language adjustments (translations)
- Various bug fixes and optimizations
