In general
In the settings, you can now select from various types of tasks.
- An individual color and icon can be defined for each task type.
- Task types can be activated and deactivated. As a result, only the relevant types are displayed.

Projects
It is now possible to select further statuses for director reports, acceptance reports and invoices.
- Director report: Draft, sent, settled, paid or rejected
- Acceptance report: Draft, sent, rejected or accepted
- Invoices: Draft, sent, settled, paid or overdue
Offers
Similar to project photos, a photo storage is now available in the offers. Important: The photos do not appear on the offer.
- When the offer is converted into a project, the photos are transferred to the project.
Planning
Planning aids can now be activated in planning. These speed up long-term planning. We only recommend using this feature if your groups are relatively constant and your tasks take several days. If necessary, the function can be activated or deactivated in the planning view using the “View” button.
- Depending on the period considered, employees and vehicles are automatically assigned to the group for a day, week or month. This means that drawing is no longer necessary. The standard shift is used here.

- In task planning, groups can be assigned to a task using placeholders.
In addition to planning aids, we have implemented further improvements.

Deactivate old planning
The old shift planning will be deactivated at the beginning of May and can no longer be used afterwards.
