Planning
Get an overview of all planned employees and vehicles in the new resource view. This allows you to immediately see whether a resource is scheduled or absent. You can also assign resources to one or more groups as usual.
Director reports
All roles from the assembler level and higher can now create director reports and submit them to the project manager for review. The project manager is notified as soon as a report has been submitted for review. The project manager can then review, supplement and send the report to the customer. The project manager also sees all reports in draft form and can already process them.
In addition, more features have been added:
- An individual date can now be selected.
- The customer can now be selected on the report if there are several customers in the same project.
- The director PDF was visually refreshed.
Financial role
To restrict whether a user has access to financial figures such as director prices or conditions, there is a new setting in the user profile.
- Access: If the user has access to financial figures, he can view and edit financial figures, such as directorial prices, within the scope of his permissions.
- No access: If the user doesn't have access to financial figures, they can't see and edit them.
For example, an assembler can create a director's report without seeing what the customer is being charged. He only reports which services have been provided and the project manager supplements the prices if necessary.
